This policy describes how we may contact you by SMS and email when you opt in during registration or in your account settings. Frequency depends on your use of the product and your notification preferences. There is no fixed minimum or maximum number of messages.
You can update notification preferences in the application settings where available, or contact us to stop non-essential SMS and marketing-style messages. Some transactional or legally required notices may still be sent when applicable.
